What the Pixelchimp packages are NOT

The Pixelchimp packages are NOT for you if…

You want a custom website design. With Startup package, you pick an off-the-shelf, professionally designed theme for your website design. You want us to upload your entire site. We’ll start you off with the most essential pages (Home, About, Contact and News / Blog) but you’re meant to fill in the rest.

The 7, 14 & 21-day timeline on the packages are dependent on the customer providing hosting, domain name, site content, timely feedback & decisions. Timeline is extended if upgrades are included in the order.

The chosen web host must provide all email services.

Domain name and hosting service management.

Any content updates, changes, image replacement, page management, except for basic content management stated on the Premium Support Package option, which includes basic copy & image changes.

Research of competition, Email Signature, Brand Guidelines, Printing of any materials.

Terms & Conditions:

• The questionnaire must be filled out as clearly as possible
• 1/3 non-refundable payment is required before design work is started
• Once payment has been received I will email the initial design concepts to you within 7 working days
• Additional changes will be charged out at $60 per change
• Additional versions of your logo will be charged out as $100 each (such as watermark version etc)
• If an image is needing to be purchased for your logo there will be an additional cost that you as the client must bear. (this will be discussed with you before the purchase is made)
• Once design work has been finalised the remaining 2/3 of the cost is required before final files are sent
